The Chef's Table at Blue Duck Station offers a stripped-back and unique fine dining experience under the summer night’s sky at Blue Duck Station. Located on the highest point of the station, it has views of the Tongariro and Whanganui national parks. The mountains Tongariro, Mount Ruapehu and Ngauruhoe are spectacular on a clear day.
Dining begins after a 2-hour ATV Bush Safari of the station's ongoing conservation project to protect our native bird life and native rainforest. The fine dining experience entails a refined 10 course degustation menu from the land.
Friday and Saturday dinners from 11th January 2019 - 9th March 2019.
The table is available for groups of 2 - 6 people for $225 per person.
