Manuka honey

Manuka honey is a unique type of honey made by bees who gather nectar on the manuka bush. This honey is known to have unique antibacterial and antimicrobial properties. In fact it has powerful health benefits that can not be found in any other honey or type of food. Not only tasty, manuka honey can be put directly on your skin to treat burns, cuts and scrapes.

Our bees here at Blue Duck produce two strengths of honey: 5+ and 13+, both tasty, the 13+ has more antibacterial properties and is particularly good for sore throats and skin application.
