Sponsor a trap

Sponsor one of our predator traps! Your sponsorship will go towards the maintenance of one of our 450 DOC200 traps for one year.

When we receive your sponsorship we will allocate you a trap, engraving your name onto it, and email you with the number. You can then check your trap's progress and latest kills using our Google Earth application (find out how on our Wildlife page). If you would like to give the trap as a gift we can send one of our Blue Duck greetings cards with a personal message from you, just email us with the details.

Eco-warriors

We take on volunteers or 'eco-warriors' as we call them here! Our volunteers' roles are many and varied and range from maintaining our traplines to cleaning the lodges and gardening. If you have a decent chunk of time to spare or have an idea for a specific project such as research into some of our historic buildings or native species population surveys we'd love to hear from you. Call the cafe and speak to any member of the team for more information.
